About Us

A Faith-Based, Uniformed Youth Organization

The Boys' Brigade Nigeria, Steadfast Club Obafemi Awolowo University, is a faith-based, uniformed youth organization committed to the development of young men and women within the Obafemi Awolowo University community.

As part of The Boys' Brigade Nigeria, we are dedicated to raising disciplined, responsible, and God-fearing individuals through spiritual growth, leadership training, and active service.

Our focus is on building character, promoting excellence, and nurturing a generation of young men and women who are committed to God, service, and positive impact both on campus and beyond.

As the collegiate arm of The Boys' Brigade Nigeria, the Club unites Boys' and Girls' Brigade members on campus while extending the ideals and values of the Brigade to all interested students — operating as a voluntary, non-profit organization in partnership with the University community.

History

A Legacy Brought to Campus

The Boys' Brigade Nigeria has a long-standing legacy of youth development, discipline, and Christian service.

The OAU Chapter (The Steadfast Club) operates in alignment with this vision, bringing the values and structure of the Boys' Brigade into the university environment. Through consistent activities such as drills, fellowship, and leadership engagement, the company continues to uphold and express these values within the campus community.
